Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the app and go to the “More” tab.

2. Scroll to “Delete account”, tap it and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and permanently.

Delete by email request

If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address registered on your account at the contact below, with the subject “Delete account”.

We delete the account within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile data.

All data shared with your partner: both partners’ wishes, answers, moods, dates and occasions, the dictionary, and chat messages with their voice recordings. The link between you is removed.

We keep no copy after deletion, and it cannot be undone.
